Great game! One Problem

I have read the reviews and seen the comments but depending on what your device is like the game is really good I have not had any problems with this game and it is one of my favorites besides "Clash of Kings" and "Castle Clash" the only, lets say constant annoyance is the fact that it pops up with an error if Im doing things that involve my home base for more than 20min, then it will say the connection is having problems and if I continue then it will say I have an error but it always saves whatever Im doing. Thank you
